It’s been quite the year at Bondly.
Having had less than 2 months from the launch of Bondly in November 2020 we began this year with a groundbreaking partnership with Logan Paul, followed by the launch of the world’s first NFT album with PelleK, not to mention an industry-defining tie-up with Lewis Capaldi.
We were among the first to offer an NFT-based model for project launches with our Bondly Launchpad, allowing our token holders and NFT holders first-access to projects like BMI, Kylin and Polker, not to mention our launch and subsequent metaverse land sale with NetVRk.
We founded PolkaPets and brought NFT communities into the Polkadot ecosystem through our creative and colourful pet characters, each given unique utilities from the project on which they were based. The $PETS token launch in Q4 was a welcome surprise for our community and we’ve lots to look forward to for the project in 2022.
Despite a challenging and turbulent Q3 we emerged stronger than ever with backing from Animoca Brands, who bought a majority share in the business and have provided our company with invaluable support and guidance, not to mention a network of the best brands in the industry.
We also announced a groundbreaking partnership with IOG, the development company behind Cardano, which will see Bondly build the official Ethereum — Cardano NFT bridge, scheduled for Q1 2022.
2021 was wrapped up with the INO launch of Metaprints, Bondly’s new metaverse project through which brands can accelerate their adoption of the metaverse, marking an exciting transition for us into an exploding sector with a huge amount of opportunity to innovate with NFT technology.
I wanted to take a moment here to put out a special thank you to our brilliant team here at Bondly, who have shown monumental levels of dedication and resilience in helping us to achieve these successes, I couldn’t be prouder of you all.
To our community and partners, we couldn’t have done it without you. I want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of our journey so far. We have so many exciting things to announce to you in the coming months, but until then have a safe and happy New Year celebrating wherever you are in the world, and I wish you and your loved ones a truly special 2022.
